Instructions for authors

Two types of contributions are proposed: oral presentations and poster presentations.

Authors are invited to submit a 2-page abstract online, using the LateX and Word Templates provided. Once the submission is complete, corresponding authors will receive an email with informations allowing to view and modify their contribution.

The abstract must be submitted as a PDF file through the online submission platform. Authors are encouraged to use the comment box in the submission form to provide additional information, including links to repositories containing code, data, or supplementary material associated with their contribution (see Open Data Initiative).

All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The scientific committee reserves the right to reassign an oral contribution to a poster presentation in order to maintain a single-session format and ensure a balanced scientific programme.
