Instructions for authors

Two types of contributions are proposed: oral or poster presentations.

A 2-page abstract has to be submitted online. Please follow the guidelines given in the LateX and Word Templates.

Please submit the abstract as a pdf file at the following link: VERTCOM.

The papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Conference. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change an oral presentation to a poster presentation in order to keep the number of sessions low and prioritise unique sessions.
