The PhotoMechanics conference is an international event focused on full-field and quantitative imaging techniques for experimental mechanics. We expect over 150 attendees, including academic researchers, PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and industrial experts from across the world.

The conference offers a unique opportunity for companies to:

Sponsorship Options

We offer four levels of sponsorship, with increasing visibility and benefits:

🔹 Bronze Sponsor – 1,800 €

• Company logo in the numerical conference program

• One paragraph (up to 150 words) describing your company or product in the numerical program

• Verbal and visual recognition during the opening and special sessions

• Promotional flyers or a product sign (provided at your own cost) displayed in the registration area

🔸 Silver Sponsor – 2,500 € Includes all Bronze benefits, plus:

• Company logo on the conference website

• 400 € discount on vendor booth space

• Half-page advertisement in the numerical program

• 5-minute presentation in the principal amphitheater during the “poster/sponsor pitch session” 

🌟 Gold Sponsor – 5,000 € Includes all Silver benefits, plus:

• Upgrade to a full-page ad in the numerical  program

• One large (up to 2m × 1m) product banner in the main amphitheater (provided at your cost) 

🏆 Platinum Sponsor – 15,000 € Includes all Gold benefits, plus:

• Exclusive sponsorship of the banquet event

• Two large banners at the banquet venue

• Verbal recognition before all plenary talks

• (Optional) Short welcome speech during the banquet

Custom Sponsoring for a specific social event. If your company is interested in having enhanced visibility by sponsoring a specific social event, this is possible. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Exhibition Booth (2,800 €)

Vendor booth space includes:

• A 3m × 2.5m space with a table, chairs, and a power supply

• Company logo in the conference program

• One flyer or company/product sign (provided at your cost) displayed in the registration area

• One complimentary registration + one discounted registration (cost 500 €, ie, –33.3%)

Please note that exhibition space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
